There's a small child. Learning to walk. It pulls itself up, wanting to stand. Somehow it supports itself. Holding on to whatever support it gets it tries walking. At one moment it just lets go. Maybe towards the arms of a smiling supporting mother. Or maybe on its own. But all this while, even while trying to get up, the child has a silly smile on its face. when it falls it gives another silly expression. It gets up again and again until after some attempts it gets the hang of it.
A lesson here. We forget to even try new things after sometime. We don't want to learn how to do a new kind of walk. We stop smiling. We are scared of appearing silly. I think somewhere we have to be like a child, smiling trying falling.

Its only frustrating for us cos we think too much?
some of life, evolution, the natural growth, is just what it is. effortless on our part. friction is because of our inner conflicts.
